I looked and looked for a picture to use here. I even pulled up my wedding portrait (I'm one of those who got married back in the "dark ages" before wedding pictures were in color.) I did some work on it; but, because it took me three days to get my lesson printed doing it as graphics (42 pages took a long time - LOL), I am running behind and still have lots to do. Couldn't find anything else so I took a picture of roses (original below) and made it grey scale (also below), then colorized part of it.
I was going to make the roses yellow, but the dark of the original B & W picture made the yellow roses look green. I thought, "Green roses - I don't think so!" So I made them red like the original. It came out fairly well. This is a tough assignment! I'm going to be working some more on my wedding pictures. Maybe someday I'll have a color album! Yea!!!
